Conference registration (registration is now closed)

Registration fees

Registration fees for the conference are as follows:

• INR    2,500 for participants from India
• USD   87.50 for participants from other countries outside the OECD
• USD 150.00 for participants from OECD countries

The registration fee entitles participants to the following:

• A copy of the conference programme and proceedings
• Admission to all conference sessions, including a cocktail reception on the first day
  
• Lunch and refreshments for the three days of the conference

In addition, there will be a conference dinner on the second day of the conference (Thursday 20 October) and a field trip on the day following the conference (Saturday 22 October). The cost of these optional extras is as follows:

Participants can register without paying the fee immediately, but all registration fees must be paid by 1 October 2011.

Methods of payment

After registration, the event manager will contact participants to arrange payment of the registration fees. Payment methods will include:

• Domestic Bank Transfer (Indian participants)
• Direct debit or cheque (Indian participants)
• International Bank Transfer (Foreign participants)
• Payment by credit card (Any participant)

Registration procedure

Registration is now closed. If you have already registered, you must pay the registraiton fee by 1 October or your registration will be cancelled.

Late fees and cancellation policy

Late fees: The deadline for early registration has closed (1 August 2011) and the registration fees shown above now include the surcharge of 25% above what was previously displayed.

Cancellation: Registration fees are non-refundable, but participants who have paid and are unable to attend may nominate an alternative participant by sending an e-mail with the details to: registration@artjoywood.org. Registration fees must be paid by 1 October 2011 or your registration will be cancelled. Furthermore if a registration has been made but the fees are unpaid, the conference organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration when there are no more places available at the conference. The conference organisers will take all reasonable steps to inform people in such a position when the availability of places at the conference is running out.
